Bayee Travel does not assume responsibility for the accuracy
of the information provided.
- Application
fees listed online include consular fee, Bayee Travel
service fee, and government taxes.
- Application
fees and requirements are for Canadian passport holders only.
Different visa fees and requirements may apply according to
different nationalities, please verify with Bayee Travel.
- Service
fees are non-refundable, non-transferable even if the visa request
is denied by the embassy or canceled/changed by the applicant.
- Applicant
acknowledges the processing time listed thereafter is estimated.
Actual processing time is decided by the embassy or its official
representative. Bayee Travel is not responsible for any
non-refundable travel reservations, e.g. airline ticket, hotel
reservation etc.
- Applicant
owns the responsibility for the accuracy of the information
contained in the visa applications. Bayee Travel shall not be
responsible for the delay or deny in issuance of visa therefore.
The final decision on issuing a visa is at the total discretion
of the designated Embassy.
- Applicant
acknowledges the mailing time in the visa delivery is not included
in the working days provided by Bayee Travel. Bayee Travel will not be responsible for any loss, delay nor
damage in delivery of your visa package due to unexpected
events.
- Applicant
acknowledges entry to a country may be refused even if the
required visa and passport are completed.

DEFINITIONS
- “Visa” is an endorsement by a visa officer in a valid passport or a
certificate of identity, or in the case of an electronically
issued visa. An official authorization appended to a passport,
permitting entry into and travel within a particular country or
region.
- “Valid
passport” refers to a signed, not damaged passport with
at least 6 months validity from the return of your trip.
- “Number
of entries” designates how many times a visa can be
used to enter the respected country within the validation period.
- “Date
of issue” is the date of the visa to be issued from
visa officer.
- “Date
of enter” is the expiration date to which you have to
complete all your possible entries before this date.
- “Visa
validity” is the number of days or months you have to
enter into the country you intended to, you have to make the last
time of enter before the date of enter showing on the visa.
Normally the validity can be calculated from two dates on the
visa (The time period from the Date of issue or the Date of
enter), also it varies to separate countries.
- “Duration
of stay” is the maximum days you can stay to your each
time of visit, starting to count from the date you enter.
***For example, 6 month’s validity, multiple entry
visa, 30 days duration of each stay means, from the visa issuing
date you have 6 months to enter as many times (some countries have
maximum numbers of entry to this type of visa) as you want, but
only up to 30 days of stay to each time you visit. |
